Qualifications

• Registered and licensed Dietitian.
• Limited Permit Holder with licensure obtained within six months of hire.
• Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• One year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Screen patient nutritional status and assess laboratory values and other pertinent medical data.
• Develop appropriate care plans and monitor nutritional status of patients.
• Counsel patients and/or family on special nutritional requirements.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers and others as appropriate.
