Zusammenfassung

Salvo Health is seeking a licensed RD/RDN to deliver evidence-based, lifestyle-focused nutrition care for patients with GI and metabolic health concerns. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support patients remotely, using RPM and asynchronous communication to drive meaningful behavior change.

Based in the USA, you will contribute to a fast-growing, tech-enabled care model that emphasizes continuous, home-based management and collaboration with patients' local providers.

Qualifikationen

• Must be based in the USA.
• Licensed RD/RDN with 2+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of GI nutrition for IBS/IBD/SIBO is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Aufgaben

• Deliver care centered around lifestyle change management (nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, behavioral change) rooted in evidence-based counseling.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team including RD/RDNs, nurses, LCSWs, medical assistants, and gastroenterologists.
• Support patients with synchronous and asynchronous care using motivational interviewing to drive behavior change.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and evidence-based practice guidelines.
