Job summary

Salvo Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based, GI-focused care for patients at home. You will guide nutrition plans for IBS/IBD/SIBO, collaborate with nurses, gastroenterologists, and therapists, and support patients with both synchronous and asynchronous care while following established clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• GI nutrition knowledge relevant to GI conditions (IBS/IBD/SIBO)
• Strong communication skills with patients
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Spanish bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver nutrition care centered on GI conditions and lifestyle change
• Collaborate with nurses, gastroenterologists, therapists, and MAs
• Support patients with synchronous and asynchronous care following protocols
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices
