Qualifications

• RD credential strongly preferred and licensed as required by law.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, Hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years of management experience in healthcare dining, senior living, commissary, school nutrition, or large-scale foodservice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and catering operations.
• Provide nutrition leadership and ensure menu compliance with dietary standards.
• Plan and execute large-scale catering events from concept to completion.
• Lead and develop teams including cooks, drivers, and support staff.
• Manage labor, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Ensure HACCP, sanitation, and food safety compliance.
• Coordinate fleet operations and delivery schedules.
• Maintain records related to production, inventory, and reporting.
• Partner with clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
