Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a registered dietitian to join a long-term care facility team in Virginia. You will assess clinical nutrition needs, develop care plans, educate residents and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to improve health outcomes.

This role offers flexible schedules and a retention bonus of $2,000, with an hourly pay range of $32.00–$40.00. Additional benefits include telemedicine, prescription discounts, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with staff and leadership.
• Compliance with vaccination policies as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and labs.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
