- If multi-site, must have valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Assess clinical nutrition needs and document plans in medical records.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and staff.
- Collaborate with teams to improve residents’ overall health.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
