Elior North America is seeking a qualified Registered Dietitian to join Benedictine New Brighton - Innsbruck in New Brighton. The role involves assessing nutritional needs, implementing interventions, and improving quality of life for patients/residents in a healthcare setting.

The position is full-time, onsite, with compensation in the $70,000–$75,000 range and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Passed a national examination by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or meets eligibility per Academy requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years as per CDR.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interact with other departments in setting up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Actively participate in development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
