Job summary

Solano Post Acute is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to lead nutritional care for residents in our center. You will assess nutritional needs, interpret labs, and advise the clinical team on therapeutic diets to uphold high standards of care.

Required RD licensure and experience in acute or long-term care are essential. Familiarity with nursing regulations and PCC is a plus, with a strong commitment to person-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dietitian with current RD license.
• 3-5 years’ experience in acute or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and aging care needs.
• Familiarity with nutrition management and lab value interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional care for each resident.
• Advise clinical team on dietary status and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local nursing regulations.
• Collaborate with dietitian staff to optimize nutrition.
