Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Registered Dietitian (RD) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and develop nutrition plans in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan.
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to dietary requirements.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment.
• Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor.
