Job summary

CSR Nutrition is seeking a Florida-licensed RD to provide comprehensive nutrition care in long-term, assisted, and independent living settings. You will perform nutrition assessments, deliver MNT, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across a statewide network.

The role includes charting, audits, and QAPI leadership, with telehealth options and EMR documentation. A supportive culture and opportunities for professional growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian or RD-Eligible with verification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions.
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) per CMS and AHCA standards.
• Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, and significant changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings.
• Conduct audits (kitchen, supplements, dining) and lead QAPI initiatives.
• Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu implementation.
• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices.
