The Renfrew Center of Coconut Creek, Florida is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team and support recovery from eating disorders in a compassionate, evidence-based setting.

You will perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, counsel patients individually and in groups, and develop personalized meal plans that respect medical, cultural, and ethical considerations. This role offers a structured schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Registered Dietitian licensure in Florida required.
• 2–3 years of nutrition counseling experience preferred.
• Experience with eating disorder population preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Completes a comprehensive nutritional assessment on each patient upon admission.
• Counsels patients on well-balanced nutrition in individual sessions and in group discussions.
• Prepares individualized meal plans considering medical, nutritional, age, cultural, and ethical needs.
• Provides weekly nutrition counseling for patients and family as needed.
• Conducts nutrition education groups for adults and adolescents.
• Provides updates on nutritional status during rounds/meetings.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and participates in training activities.
• Monitors meals and snacks and models normal eating with patients.
