Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our Endocrinology Department as a Diabetes Care Specialist. The role supports patients with diabetes care across our Wisconsin network, requiring 2–4 years of dietetics experience and active RD certification.

This full-time position involves travel to Outreach Clinics and working within a collaborative care team. Starting salary is $64,292.80 with additional compensation for experience, plus comprehensive benefits.
