Job summary

Exos is seeking a Nutrition Specialist credentialed as a Registered Dietitian to join our team. You will provide personalized one-on-one and group nutrition support through our holistic programs, delivering a seamless nutrition experience that connects food and human performance.

You will design programs, lead presentations and workshops for varied audiences, present virtually or in person, and collaborate with culinary and fitness teams to create a cohesive wellness journey for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nutrition required.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Superb presentation/lecture skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one nutrition consultations tailored to corporate employees with a holistic focus on sustainable behavior change.
• Design and implement nutrition programs aligned with Exos Nutrition Methodology to support corporate wellness initiatives and employee needs.
• Lead and facilitate presentations, workshops, and webinars for groups of varying sizes and organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Confidently present both virtually and in-person, adapting communication style to resonate with diverse audiences.
• Work collaboratively with culinary and fitness team members, providing a seamless experience of wellness between food and fitness for client employees.
• Support employee engagement through on-site activations, educational events, and partnering with various employee network groups.
• Maintain accurate documentation of consultations, program participation, and outcomes in digital EMR platform.
