Registered Dietitian Consultant

Location: Omaha, NE 68104

$37.00 per hour + credit for experience. Join Maple Crest Health Center in Omaha as a Registered Dietitian Consultant and help residents get the nutrition care they need, on a schedule built around your life: Monday through Friday, no weekends, no remote work required.

What You'll Do

• Assess residents' nutritional status and dietary needs
• Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans
• Manage therapeutic diets and diet modifications
• Review potential food and medication interactions
• Document nutrition assessments, progress notes, and care plans
• Provide nutrition education to residents and staff
• Work alongside the interdisciplinary care team to support resident outcomes

What You'll Need

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
• Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Current Nebraska state licensure (Licensed Medical Nutrition Therapist)

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nutrition
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $37.00 per hour, more for candidates with relevant experience
• Part-time, Monday through Friday
• No weekends, holidays, or remote work required
