Registered Dietitian – MedStar Health, CoreLife Partnership

Location: Westminster, MD
Schedule: 10 hours per day, Monday–Thursday

MedStar Health partners with CoreLife to provide integrated, evidence‑based care for patients with obesity and related chronic illnesses. As a Registered Dietitian, you will help patients achieve sustainable health outcomes through comprehensive nutritional assessment and individualized care plans within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and develop personalized nutrition care plans for patients with obesity.
• Engage patients in CoreLife’s multidisciplinary model, collaborating with nurse practitioners, exercise trainers, and other clinicians.
• Provide ongoing counseling, support, and education to promote behavior change and long‑term health.
• Document care in the electronic health record, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics or a related nutrition field.
• Registered Dietitian status (current registration required) or registration‑eligible status with the American Dietetics Association’s Commission on Dietetics Registration.
• Current license in Maryland (required) or license‑eligible status with the Board of Dietetics Practice of the State of Maryland.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to patient‑centered care.
