Job summary

Harmony Village of Warren is seeking a Dietitian to lead personalized nutrition plans for residents and promote overall health and well-being within our care community.

You will assess nutritional needs, design tailored dietary plans, monitor progress, and provide health coaching in collaboration with the care team. A Registered Dietitian and a Dietetics degree are required, with experience in clinical nutrition preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field.
• Registered Dietitian certification.
• Experience in meal planning and nutrition counseling preferred.
• Strong health coaching principles.
• Physiology knowledge related to dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess residents' nutritional needs.
• Develop and implement tailored dietary plans, including tube feeding when necessary.
• Perform patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Provide health coaching to residents on dietary habits and lifestyle changes.
• Utilize physiology knowledge to create effective nutrition strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
