The U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) is implementing the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System to improve Soldier readiness, resilience, and deployability across the Physical, Nutritional, Mental, Spiritual, and Sleep domains. SRI is seeking a Registered Dietitian to serve as a member of an interdisciplinary H2F Performance Team supporting Army Reserve Soldiers and leaders. The Registered Dietitian will lead performance-nutrition program development and education, provide individual and group performance-nutrition coaching, support Soldiers enrolled in the Army Body Composition Program, and mentor unit H2F Integration Teams. The position requires recurring travel to Army Reserve subordinate units within the assigned area of responsibility and work aligned with Army Reserve training schedules, which may include evenings and weekends. The position is educational and advisory and does not provide clinical medical nutrition therapy.
The PWS requires each HPT specialist to contribute to H2F onboarding curriculum, resource libraries, mentorship packages, reporting, and knowledge transfer.
