Overview: The U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) is implementing the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System to improve Soldier readiness, resilience, and deployability. SRI is seeking a Cognitive Performance Specialist to serve as a member of an interdisciplinary H2F Performance Team supporting Army Reserve Soldiers and leaders. The CPS will develop and deliver mental-readiness and performance-psychology programs designed to improve Soldier performance under pressure, resilience, attention control, stress management, and other cognitive-performance skills. The position also provides field-based coaching and mentorship to H2F Integration Teams and Master Resilience Trainers.
