White Oak Shelby is seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Registered Dietitian (RD) to support the nutritional health and well-being of our residents. This RD role focuses on individualized nutrition care plans, regulatory compliance, and high-quality dietary services throughout the facility.

Join an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure resident-centered care, participate in care plan and Medicare meetings, and drive staff education.

Competenze

• Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) active license in good standing.
• Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and nutritional standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills required.

This position plays a key role in developing individualized nutrition care plans, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting quality dietary services throughout the facility.

Position Summary

The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and monitoring the nutritional care of residents while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility guidelines. This position also supports quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and dietary operations as needed.

Schedule

Monday-Friday (80 hours bi-weekly)
