Job summary

Health Wealth Safe in the United States seeks a Clinical Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy to inpatients, outpatients, and community groups, collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver personalized nutritional care.

You will develop and implement nutrition plans based on physician orders, review records, perform assessments, monitor progress, and educate patients, families, and staff on diet therapy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (IDFPR) and RD certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong communication, teamwork and patient education skills.
• Ability to perform physical assessments and monitor nutritional status.
• Experience developing nutrition care plans and participating in quality improvement.
