Job summary

SunArch Academy is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to support the nutritional needs of individuals receiving behavioral health treatment in our residential psychiatric setting in Las Vegas, NV. Qualifications

• RD/RDN credential required.
• Nevada licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, residential treatment, inpatient care, SNF, or acute care preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutritional assessments, screenings, and follow-up evaluations.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor nutritional status and adjust recommendations as appropriate.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and clinical teams as part of the overall treatment plan.
• Provide nutrition education to patients and staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support special dietary needs and therapeutic diet recommendations.
• Ensure nutritional services meet applicable regulatory and facility standards.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced dietitian looking for a flexible part-time schedule while working alongside a multidisciplinary team and making a direct impact on patient health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutritional assessments, screenings, and follow-up evaluations
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on patient needs
• Monitor nutritional status and adjust recommendations as appropriate
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and clinical teams as part of the overall treatment plan
