Job summary

Clinical Nutrition Consulting Services, LLC (CNCS) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage nutritional services for long-term care facilities in Johnson City, TN. The RD will assess residents, develop individualized meal plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.

Join Clinical Nutrition Consulting Services, LLC (CNCS) as a Registered Dietitian, where you will play a critical role in managing nutritional services at a long-term care facility. We are looking for RD's who can provide onsite consulting services to nursing homes within their regional area and lead the Nutrition at Risk Meetings for high-risk residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines


• Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress


• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and wellbeing


• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs


• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel within designated region


• Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice


• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field


• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
