Dietitians at Home is an independent practice of registered dietitians providing specialized medical nutrition therapy to patients, primarily those with Diabetes and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). We deliver personalized, in-home nutrition care across a wide service area, helping patients receive support in the comfort of their homes.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitians to join our team as 1099 independent contractors. In this role, you will provide medical nutrition therapy to patients via telehealth. This remote care model allows you to deliver services from the comfort of your home, eliminating the need for travel while still making a meaningful impact on patient health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth visits to provide personalized medical nutrition therapy in a virtual setting.
• Meet with approximately 6–8 patients daily, with each session lasting around one hour.
• Schedule follow-up appointments every 4, 6, or 8 weeks based on each patient’s clinical risk level.

Qualifications

• An active Illinois license and Registered Dietitian credential (RD or RDN) are required for this position.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible patient caseload.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
