Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to manage nutritional care for residents/patients in coordination with the Dietary Services Director, ensuring high-quality food service and nutrition. This on-site role supports compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The position requires a Bachelor's in dietetics, active RD licensure, and at least 1 year of clinical hospital or SNF experience. Competitive hourly salary in SC Georgetown area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in dietetics or related field is required.
• Must be a registered Dietitian and maintain a current license as required by state law.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility.
• Training in diet therapy and nutrition counseling.
• Must have a reliable source of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department.
• Collaborate with the Administrator to ensure quality food service and nutritional care at all times.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in dietetics or related field

Registered Dietitian license

1 year clinical experience in hospital or SNF

Job description

The Registered Dietitian, RD is responsible for the nutritional care of the residents/patients in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, Facility established policies and procedures, and in coordination with the Dietary Services Director to ensure that quality nutritional care and food service is provided at all times.

Posted Salary Range

USD $39.00 - $43.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
