We offer compassionate, evidence-based care for adults and adolescents struggling with mental health, substance use, and eating disorders. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals on their path to recovery.

We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to join our growing team and support our adult Partial Hospitalization Programs and Intensive Outpatient Programs, with a focus on individuals navigating eating disorders and co-occurring conditions.

Position Overview

The Dietitian will play a key clinical role in the treatment process by assessing nutritional needs, developing and monitoring individualized meal plans, and providing education and support to clients. This position includes both direct client care and collaboration with the broader clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for clients in eating disorder programming
• Develop individualized meal plans and monitor progress
• Provide direct daily client support through experiential sessions, cooking, food preparation, and nutrition education groups
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, nurses, and the treatment team to ensure integrated care
• Participate in treatment team meetings and provide clinical updates
• Document all services in accordance with regulatory and program standards
• Assist with grocery shopping and coordinate food ordering from outside vendors
• Educate clients and families on nutrition-related topics as appropriate
• Remain current with research and best practices in nutrition, particularly in eating disorder treatment
• Engage in community outreach and internal education as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN)
• Demonstrated experience working with individuals with eating disorders, mental health, and/or substance use disorders strongly preferred
• Knowledge of nutrition science and evidence-based approaches to disordered eating treatment
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience facilitating individual and group education sessions
  
  

Preferred Competencies

• Experience in partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient settings
• Familiarity with therapeutic meal support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
