Job summary

PACE Organization of Rhode Island seeks a Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. You will assess participants' nutritional needs, develop personalized care plans, and provide direct nutritional support to support older adults living in our East Providence center.

We are seeking an energetic and caring professional to join our Interdisciplinary Team. In this key role, you will assess participants' nutritional needs, develop personalized care plans, and provide direct nutritional support. You will work closely with our team to ensure our participants get the delicious and healthy food they need to thrive. As our Dietitian, you''ll be a vital part of our participants' well-being. While primarily based out of our East Providence center, you will also support participants across our Newport and Northern Rhode Island territories (mileage paid). You will conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, evaluate menus, and provide direct guidance to both participants and their caregivers. Your work will also include a leadership aspect, as you''ll provide direction and education to staff to ensure our quality standards are consistently met.
