Job summary

PACE RI is seeking a Dietitian to assess participants' nutritional status and integrate clinical data to plan disease-specific interventions as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. You will guide Dietary Aide, Food Service Manager and Day Center CNA staff involved in participant meals and nutrition support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Rhode Island Dietitian/Nutritionist License (LDN) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess participants’ nutritional status and plan disease-specific interventions as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direction to Dietary Aide, Food Service Manager and Day Center CNA staff in food service and nutrition.
• Monitor food service delivery and ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Coordinate with the food safety manager to ensure safe meals.
• Document in the EMR per CMS and PACE RI regulations.
• Develop and implement nutrition care plans for high-risk participants.
