Responsibilities

Lead and direct nutritional care of residents
Collaborate with MD, OT, ST, Nursing & the Nutrition Services team
Active member of the IDT team
Comprehensive nutrition assessments
High-risk documentation on weights, wounds, renal & tube fed residents

Education & Certifications

Registered Dietitian credential or Licensed Dietitian
Eligible to sit for RD Exam (RD2B)
