Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to deliver expert nutrition care to seniors, including assessments and individualized plans. You’ll educate participants and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and document care in the EMR with accuracy and compliance.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and dependability within a structured, team-driven environment. A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from an ADA-accredited institution.
• Registered with ADA and able to work with seniors.
• One year of experience with frail or elderly populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education to participants, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Document care plans and observations in the electronic medical record.
• Monitor progress and adjust nutrition care as needed.
• Ensure ADA and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support meal service planning and evaluation.

Job Summary

As a Registered Dietitian, you’ll provide expert nutrition care and education to seniors, helping them stay healthy, nourished, and supported in their care plans. You’ll assess nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, and work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure each participant receives the best possible care. This position is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and dependable. You’ll work in a structured, team‑focused environment where precision, professionalism, and collaboration are valued every day.

Schedule

First shift, full‑time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans in alignment with nutrition standards.
• Provide nutrition education to participants, caregivers, and staff as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive participant care.
• Document all care, plans, and observations accurately within the electronic medical record system.
• Monitor participant progress and make evidence‑based adjustments to nutritional care.
• Ensure compliance with ADA standards and all state and federal regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the planning and evaluation of meal services as needed.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree from an ADA-accredited institution with a major in nutrition.
• Must be ADA Registered.
• One year of experience working with the frail or elderly population is preferred, but extensive training will be provided.

• Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift, carry, or support participants as needed.
• May occasionally travel for training or meetings.
