Nutrition that Works, LLC seeks a consultant dietitian to join our team serving our long-term care community in Centreville, MI. The role is 8 hours per week, onsite on weekdays, offering a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, completing the MDS, calculating TF, and making wound and weight-change recommendations.

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR
• Dietetic licensure
• Client centered
• Good communication skills
