Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team to support a long-term care facility in Roanoke, VA for 8 hours per week.

The role involves completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team, and contributing to wound and weight-change recommendations. Credentialing by the CDR and licensure are required, along with strong communication and client-centered care.
