Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to skilled nursing and/or rehab residents
• Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards
• Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with nursing and medical staff, and attending care conferences
• Support food service operations as needed, including testing trays, conducting food service audits, and meal rounds

Qualifications & Requirements

Additional Information

Minimum education: Master's degree with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND. For those eligible for the registration exam before 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with similar requirements. Must meet eligibility for RD/RDN by CDR and register within 120 days of hire. State licensure as required. Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, including long-term care, with registered dietitian credentials.
