As a skilled and compassionate Diabetes Educator, you will play a pivotal role in providing organizing, educating and scheduling patients for the Outpatient Diabetes Self-Management Program.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Merrionette Park Endocrinology is a busy, fast paced patient-centered specialty practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients across all stages of life. Our team consists of experienced endocrinologists, physicians in fellowship training, physician residents, registered dieticians/diabetic educators, pharmacists, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative professionals who work collaboratively to deliver comprehensive preventive, chronic, and acute care services.
