Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Registered Dietitian to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in San Francisco and surrounding areas.

As an Independent Contractor, you control your schedule, work in your preferred coverage areas, and determine earnings by number of patients treated. Our streamlined app Cliniconnects enables quick acceptance of patients and simple documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Dietitian program.
• California Registered Dietitian license to practice.
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Smartphone
• Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in San Francisco and surrounding areas.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes to condition.
• Determine and implement the plan of care with one-on-one treatment.
• Complete documentation efficiently using a user-friendly EMR system.
• Join a network that supports clinicians with scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve San Francisco and the surrounding areas.

FeldCare Connectsis seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Registered Dietician to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
