Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Dietician program.
• California Registered Dietitian license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• You determine the plan of care.
• One-on-one treatment with patients in their homes.
• Document care activities and patient progress using the EMR system.
