Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Dietician program.
• California Registered Dietician license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Observe, record, and report the patient\'s response to treatment and changes to the patient\'s condition.
• You determine the plan of care.
• One-on-one treatment with patients in home settings.
• Documentation using the EMR system, often during visits.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Modesto and the surrounding areas.

FeldCare Connectsis seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Registered Dietician to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
