Job summary

Waterville Cares in New York is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting. You will assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

You will educate patients and families on nutrition and lifestyle, apply evidence-based practice per the diet manual, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and mentor dietetic interns while supporting staff development.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical training encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training.

What We’re Looking For:
