Rancho Seco Care Center is seeking a Dietitian to plan, organize, develop and direct the Food Services Department in compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will oversee daily nutritional services and ensure the department remains clean, safe, and sanitary.
You will have administrative authority and accountability to carry out duties, including reviewing policies, implementing corrective plans, and assisting QA committees to address deficiencies.
The primary purpose of the job position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Food Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that quality nutritional services are being provided on a daily basis and that the food services department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
As Dietitian, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Additional duties to include:
Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
