Job summary

My Health Onsite is seeking a Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) to work with our onsite providers and wellness team. You will deliver nutrition education, promote healthy eating, and support patients in reaching wellness goals through engaging programs and events.

You will educate patients in nutrition wellness, coach individuals toward disease and weight-management goals, and coordinate wellness education activities with the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related area from an accredited college/university.
At least 1 year of DTR experience in a clinical setting.
Completion of a DTR program or ACEND-accredited coursework to qualify for credentialing.
DTR with CDR credentialing and HIPAA awareness.
Understand CPT and ICD10 Codes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR.

Responsibilities

Deliver nutrition education and wellness program content to patients.
Assist in wellness program initiatives and events to motivate healthy lifestyles.
Provide education/counseling under guidance of an RDN for patients and families.
Coordinate wellness education activities, seminars, and webinars.
Prepare and distribute program communications and PR materials.
