Responsibilities include managing resident diets via Netmenu, ensuring quality food and service, and maintaining professional, efficient operations with strong leadership and communication across staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years in a supervisory role.
• At least two years of foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced Full-Time Registered Diet Tech to our healthcare & food service team in Natchitoches, LA. As a Registered Diet Tech, you will have the opportunity to assist with meal tickets, managing diets, and assisting with our net menu system.
