Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Derksen Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Schedule

• Monday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Tuesday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Our Dedicated Team Includes

• One Lead Dentist (experienced)
• One FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator
• Two FT Front Desk Coordinators
• Four FT Registered Dental Hygienists (a few temps on call)
• 1 FT Hygiene Assistant
• FT Dental Assistants
• One PT Dental Assistants

Additional Information

• PMS - Open Dental
• Time allotted for procedures
  • NP - 1 hour
  • SRP (2 quads) - 1.5 hours
  • Prophy - 60 min - adult, 30 min - child
• Average # of patients per day - 8

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required/
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
