Derksen Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-TimeRegistered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Schedule

• Monday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Tuesday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Our dedicated team includes:

• One FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator
• Two FT Front Desk Coordinators
• Four FT Registered Dental Hygienists (a few temps on call)

Additional Information:

• Time allotted for procedures
  • NP - 1 hour
  • SRP (2 quads) - 1.5 hours
  • Prophy - 60 min - adult, 30 min - child
• Average # of patients per day - 8
• Morning Huddle? - yes - M - W
• Insurances accepted? FFS? - yes, Delta Dental, accepts others, FFS

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan
• Anesthetic Certificationpreferred but not required/
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
