Job summary

Bright Direction Dental in Lansing, MI is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dedicated team. The RDH will provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, work closely with our dentists, and uphold sterilization and safety standards to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Michigan, CPR certified, and comfortable with Denticon and charting systems. Aesthetic and anesthesia certification are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RDH in Michigan.
• Anesthetic certification preferred but not required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Proficient with charting and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of OSHA sterilization protocols.

Cavanaugh Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-TimeRegistered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Cavanaugh Dental: 900 E Cavanaugh Rd, Lansing, MI 48910

Schedule:

• Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Our dedicated team includes:

• Two Office Managers
• One FT Front Desk Coordinator
• Two Registered Dental Hygienists (a few temps on call)
• Three FT Dental Assistants

Additional Information:

• PMS -Denticon
• Average # of patients per day - 8
• Morning Huddle- 7:45 AM

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan
• Anesthetic Certificationpreferred but not required
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
