Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
• Experience in dental healthcare settings and dental assisting procedures.
• Familiarity with EHR dental software systems.
• Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles.
• Strong infection prevention and asepsis knowledge.
• Ability to perform dental x-ray procedures accurately.
• Excellent patient communication and education skills.
• Understanding of medical coding for dental documentation.
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and data security at all times.
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks related to documentation review, medical coding, and appointment scheduling.
