Job summary

All Smiles Dental Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. You will provide preventative and periodontal care and educate patients to support long-term oral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal hygiene care
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planning
• Complete periodontal charting and assess patients' periodontal health
• Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment
• Identify areas of concern and communicate findings with the doctor
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and the front office team
• Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $50-$55/hour, based on experience

Practice: General Dentistry

Single Column 60 minute regular recall prophy 90 min SRP

Patient Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service

About The Opportunity

All Smiles Dental Care is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Phoenix team. We're looking for a hygienist who values high-quality preventative care, patient education, and building long-term relationships with patients.

This is a PPO and fee-for-service practice, allowing our clinical team to focus on individualized treatment recommendations and a strong patient experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal hygiene care
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planning

• Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable by state)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification

• Experience with assisted hygiene models
• Laser Certification
• Experience in PPO and Fee-for-Service environments
• Experience with periodontal therapy
• Experience with patient education and treatment acceptance
• Bilingual skills
