Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental care, educate patients, and support a patient-centric Perfect Patient Experience. You will join a collaborative team addressing each patient’s unique needs.

Responsibilities include educating patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health, maintaining accurate records, and staying current with clinical advances. The role uses EPIC health records and lasers to deliver care aligned with our standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (preferred).
• Commitment to patient care and education (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards while embodying PDS Health’s values.
