Job summary

PDS Health in Missouri is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental care and educate patients to promote healthier smiles. You will join a team dedicated to delivering the PPE while addressing patients’ needs and concerns.

You will maintain patient records, stay current with hygiene advancements, participate in team meetings, and adhere to company policies and regulatory standards to ensure a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.
• Preferred: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.

Compensation Information

$39.00-$62.00 / Hourly
