Job summary
ProGrin Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a team that prioritizes patient care and a supportive culture. You’ll perform cleanings, radiographs, and patient education with generous PTO and strong compensation potential.

Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- One year of clinical hygiene experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and scaling/root planing.
- Take and process radiographs as required.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Assist dentist in documenting concerns and treatment plans.

Base pay starts at $45/hour, with the opportunity to earn $65+/hour through our hygiene bonus structure!

- Perform thorough dental cleaning, including scaling and root planing.
- Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and chart findings.
- Take and process radiograph X-rays as required.
- Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive care.
- Assist the dentist in identifying and documenting potential areas of concern
- Providing oral hygiene education and preventive care.
- Conducting thorough oral health assessments and charting findings.

- Have associate degree or bachelor’s degree from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
- Have current state licensure, CPR certification and one year of clinical hygiene experience.
