Job summary

ProGrin Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team. We offer generous compensation with a base of $45/hour and the potential to earn $65+/hour through a hygiene bonus structure.

We provide 80-minute new patient appointments and 60-minute prophy, 100% clinical autonomy, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health and retirement plans, and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• One year of clinical hygiene experience.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleaning, including scaling and root planing.
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and chart findings.
• Take and process radiograph X-rays as required.
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive care.
• Assist the dentist in identifying and documenting potential areas of concern.
• Deliver the Perfect Patient Experience.

What You'll Do:

You're a Great Fit If:

• Have associate degree or bachelor's degree from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
• Have current state licensure, CPR certification and one year of clinical hygiene experience.
