As a healthcare provider, you will be responsible for creating a high standard of preventative care. You must communicate effectively with patients about the importance of their oral health and how you can help. You’ll collaborate with our doctors to understand patients' needs and educate them on how we can assist. A deep knowledge of health and safety regulations and a keen eye for oral diseases and anomalies are essential. If you share our values and passion for people, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Establish excellent care standards and patient experience
• Understand patients' wants, needs, and goals related to their oral health and smile
• Build relationships with patients
• Fill your schedule
• Conduct initial mouth screenings and review oral health history
• Identify and treat conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontal disease
• Educate patients of all ages on oral health and proper home care techniques
• Inform patients about treatments to improve health or aesthetics, such as fluoride, periodontal treatment, bite guards, sealants, whitening, Invisalign, etc.
• Provide post-operative instructions
• Take X-rays or dental impressions
• Assist dentists during examinations and patient education
• Maintain documentation and charts for each patient
• Present treatment plans
• Cross-train for minimal administrative tasks
